His career started in sales and business development — from launching Wireless Wave to automotive and pharmaceutical-related sales — before roughly 17 years in renovation, construction, and restoration. He has built and operated multiple businesses, including companies that reached seven figures in annual sales, and is the founder of a Veteran-Owned Small Business, SAM.gov registered, and was selected for the 2023 IMPEL cohort. Christopher L. Penn is a U.S. Air Force veteran, father, believer, entrepreneur, author, and builder. His career started in sales and business development, from launching Wireless Wave to automotive and pharmaceutical-related sales, before he spent roughly 17 years in renovation, construction, and restoration. In many ways that chapter started with a hammer and a willingness to figure things out, and it taught him how to sell, build, operate, solve problems, and grow businesses from the ground up.

Over the years he has built and operated multiple businesses, including companies that reached seven figures in annual sales. He is the founder of a Veteran-Owned Small Business, SAM.gov registered, and was selected for the 2023 IMPEL cohort. Those experiences shaped the way he approaches business today: understand the problem, learn the system, build the solution, and make sure it creates real value for the people it serves.

Today much of his work is focused on how we live, build, and use technology. He is building America’s Healthy Home Platform™ through Mr Hemp House®, Home Health Scan™, and healthier building materials and systems, while also developing businesses in sales technology, digital legacy, brand development, entrepreneurship, publishing, and education. The industries may look different, but the way he thinks about them is the same — take an idea, solve a real problem, and turn it into something useful.

At the center of all of it are faith, family, service, freedom, and impact. He is still building, still learning, and still betting on ideas he believes can make people’s lives better. Whether he is building a home, a company, a technology platform, a book, or helping someone turn an idea into a business, the goal is simple: build things that matter and leave something better behind.
